Episode #286 - Maybe Something Good Will Come of This.

Donald Wayne talks about the why there are some Republican "Hold Outs" in the House that will not vote for Kevin McCarthy to be Speaker.  The Media is making them out to be disrupters and more concerned about their self interest than that of the country.  They actually have stood their ground on the basis of getting some concessions from McCarthy about rules changes in the House.
Donald Wayne also talks about some of the "Pork" that was crammed into the giant Omnibus bill that the House pushed through right before Christmas.  As usual, there is a lot of pet project money in this bill that has nothing to do with the operation of the Federal Government.  Surprise!
Oh yeah.  He also talks about the origin of New Years Celebrations.  It's older than you may have thought.  And, guess who created the months of January and February?  Check out this podcast and you will find out.

Episode # 285 The Rumor is True.....I’m Back

After a long, long, long break since the end of Season 2, Donald Wayne is finally back to kick off Season 3 of Trice Talk.  He is a little rusty, but the fire certainly hasn't gone out.  For those of you that listened to Season 2, you will notice that there is a new Intro for the show.  In fact Donald Wayne has created a mini-challenge for anyone that can tell him what part of the intro is just a little "off."  There will be prizes for the first three people who email Donald Wayne with the correct answer.
This first episode is more or less a re-introduction to Trice Talk and a preview of what you can expect from season 3.  The last quarter of this episode expands on the top three issues (Illegal Immigration/Southern Border, the 1.7 Trillion Dollar Omnibus Bill that Congress just passed, and Free Speak Issues) that will be the focus of several episodes that will begin on New Years.

Being Trice - Season 3 Preview

After a long hiatus Trice Talk is back with a Season 3 Preview.  Donald Wayne talks about some of the Season 3 shows being hosted on a new site Riverside.fm.  This new site will provide audio and video feeds of each new episode produced on Riverside.  The shows produced on Riverside will be live and will enable listeners to call in and message during the show.  It is possible that some shows will still originate from Podbean from time to time.  Check the Podbean site for scheduled shows on that site.
You will still be able to find the recorded versions of Trice Talk on Podbean for the foreseeable future, as well as many of same sites as in previous seasons.  You can follow the live show at https://riverside.fm/studio/tric  or you can send your email address to tricetalk69pts@gmail.com and you can get an invite to each show when it goes live.

This Episode of Trice Talk is the last that will originate on Podbean.  Future episodes of Trice Talk will originate on either riverside.fm and/or Buzzsprout.  It is likely both resources will be used in order that I can continue to generate the desired number of monthly shows.  However, since riverside.fm does not offer posting of podcast on their site you will be able to find all of them on Buzzsprout and possibly Podbean.  The first of the new shows will appear on Buzzsprout later this week.
I will be using Facebook and Twitter to announce new episodes generated on the new sites so you will be able to keep up with Trice Talk if you wish to do so.
If you listen to the last 10 minutes of this podcast I thank many of those who helped us along in our exciting journey on Podbean.  I will miss all of you that interacted with Trice Talk over the past 15 months.  Believe it or not - you guys became our family and the motivating factor to continue doing the podcast.  Hopefully - all or many of you will be willing to follow Trice Talk to it's new home.  I feel that this change is going to allow Trice Talk to evolve and grow into the kind of podcast that we first envisioned almost six years ago.  But even if you do not continue to follow Trice Talk, I will always be ever grateful for the time that you did share with us. 
Those of you who have your own podcast and graced us with your presence from time to time, I wish you much success in your endeavors.   The voices you share in your podcast are an important part of letting people know in this country and beyond that America is better than what they see in our political arenas.  While voices may sometimes be angry and frustrated, it's because we all know that this great country of ours is in peril from the policies of the radical Left - Progressives if you will.  But the overriding message from you all is that our freedoms and ideals that are the foundation of a free people are worth shouting about, worth defending. 
To quote a line from one of my favorite movies "Independence Day" - "We will not go quietly into the night."

Episode 282 -”The How to Create a Disaster” Playbook - Part 1

Trice Talk Monday Night "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne the "not so rabid conservative."  Tonight I share Part I of a series dealing with the Disaster at the Southern Border.  The segments included are:
I share an audio of Jen Psaki responding to Peter Doocy's question about illegal children being flown to different parts of the country in the wee hours of the morning.  Afterwards I pose a few questions that were raised in my mind about her comments.
I share parts of an article I saw in The Epoch Times site I use - where Charlotte Cuthbertson gives us some updated numbers regarding illegal immigration for fiscal 2021.
I share parts of an article that I found in an issue of Imprimis (a publication of Hillsdale College) titled "The Disaster at Our Southern Border by Mark Morgan - the former Acting Commissioner, U.S. Customs and Border Protection.  In this part one, I share where he details on how Joe Biden messed up the relatively calm border that was handed to him by former President Trump.  He also talks about how in 2006 - having bipartisan support - Congress was able to pass "The Secure Fence Act" which was supported by Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer and others.  Part one get's us started on our journey to see where we were with Trump and where we are headed with Joe Biden.
I know the schedule has changed quite a bit in the last two weeks, but towards the end of the week, I will have an announcement about Trice Talk and where it is going.
Hopefully, I will be able to do a couple of more shows this week.  Wednesday's show might just be live if I can get a co-host on board for that night.

Episode - 281 - Part 2 of ”Bill That Will Wreck America”

Trice Talk Wednesday Night "Mini-Pod" - Want to have a chance to win a copy of Mark Levin's new book American Marxism? Details below.  On this Part 2 episode, I will share with you the final 21 items that are part of the 42 items listed on a report prepared by Republican Study Committee Chairman Jim Banks.  Of the many ridiculous items found in the 3.5 Trillion 'Human Infrastructure' Bill - Jim points out some of the worst.  But believe me (but check it out for yourself) the bill is peppered with crazy dream list items that cause Liberals to shiver with ecstasy.  There is even one item - #22 - that earmarks 200 million to go to the Presidio Trust which is in Nancy Pelosi's home district in San Francisco.  And by the way - the Presidio Trust is not supposed to take taxpayer money.  Imagine that?
Most of the items that I share with you on this episode - include page numbers which reference where these items can be found on the monstrous Human Infrastructure Bill - which by the way - contains many things that have nothing to do with infrastructure.  I would encourage you to look at the Bill on line and check out the referenced page numbers for yourself.  You may or may not agree that these issues will be bad for America.  And if you haven't listened to Episode 280, I would encourage you to do so and check out those 21 items as well.

Trice Talk Monday Night "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne - Tonight is part one of a two part series episode.  In Mike Huckabee's Morning Edition Newsletter for October 14th, I found a link to an article titled " Policies to Wreck America."  This is a report by Republican Study Committee Chairman Jim Banks to Republican Study Committee members regarding the Reconciliation Roundup.
Tonight I share the first 21 items in the massive 3.5 spending bill.  As if these 21 items aren't enough to get the hairs on the back of your neck to stand up - wait until you hear the items I will be sharing in part 2.

Episode - 279 - ”The Woke Hit List” and ”Do The Rich Pay Their Fair Share?”

Trice Talk Friday Night "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne. First I share a short audio clip with you from Fox News Primetime show w/Jesse Waters talking with the author of "Woke Inc." Vivek Ramaswamy as they discuss the news story that a Seattle elementary school has cancelled its celebration of Halloween due to claims that it is not inclusive to all children.  As you may well expect, I have my own comments about the issue to follow the clip.
Next, I share an article by Lee Ohanian - who is Professor of Economics at UCLA, for Prager University.  In his article, he explains how the statement that the rich do not pay their fair share of taxes in this country is false.  He then breaks down the different income levels and the accompanying tax rate.  It's interesting information that may or may not change your opinion about the subject.  Of course you probably already know how I feel about the use of the term "Fair Share" - right.

Episode - 278 - ”A Simple T-Shirt Can Be A Bridge”

Trice Talk Tuesday Night "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne.  Tonight I start out sharing an experience I had at the grocery store today where an African American woman drove up to me in her convertible while I was getting ready to load groceries in my car and made the comment 'any guy wearing a Purple Rain t-shirt can't be all that bad.'  I smiled and thanked her for the comment and she drove away.  That is my lead in to tonight's summary of many of the things Joe Biden and his cronies are messing up in our country, one of which is race relations.
I go through how this Administration is trying to pit all minorities against white Americans and in turn tell white Americans they should be ashamed of their white race backgrounds.
I also talk about all of the money Biden has wasted in his first 9 months - like the millions of dollars being wasted paying contractors not to continue building the Southern Border Wall even as millions of dollars worth of supplies is sitting down there waiting to be used or stolen.  This same administration left millions of dollars worth of military equipment in Afghanistan upon our departure - with no effort made to apologize.  This same party wants us to support them spending Trillions of dollars more on "infrastructure projects."  Yeah!  I'm sure that they will spend that money responsibly.
I also talk about the insane policies the Biden Administration is push in our public school systems, and how parents are standing up and pushing back against CRT, gender issues.  
At the end of the podcast, I use the audio of a video I found on twitter that is of a young woman playing a very patriotic song - which she does a beautiful rendition of....I encourage you to go on twitter and look for @PapiTrumpo  - also ilDonaldo Trumpo....He doesn't identify her ....but I'll try to re-tweet it and maybe it will make it easier to find @TriceTalkwGMoon.
