Trice Talk is in it’s 3rd Season on Podbean and is hosted by Donald Wayne, a conservative voice with an open mind. Our goal at Trice Talk is not to tell you what you should think or do. Instead, we share information, and of course opinions, then leave the rest up to you. While a lot of our Episodes are dominated by political and social issues, we try to break away from all the serious stuff at least once a week, to just have fun. Once Trice Talk begins its regular schedule, there will be a mixture of live and pre-recorded Episodes. Also, plans are in the works to do live video broadcast as well. Dennis Lee is back from AWL for this Friday night Episode. Donald Wayne and Dennis Lee like to have one Episode each week to escape the madness that confronts us each day. So for this Episode, the guys talk about musical groups/artist that are referred to as "One Hit Wonders". They also play short clips of the songs that made them famous - for awhile. Eric joins us for the show and contributes to comments about the songs and groups themselves. For the last segment of the show, Donald Wayne asks a series of questions like "What Movie Quote are You Tired of Hearing"? Dennis Lee, Eric, Crimson and Stash provide some interesting answers. We like keeping it light - on a Friday night?

On this Episode: Dennis Lee is still AWR so Eric steps in again and helps Donald Wayne make it to the finish line. We discuss the Louisville Ky. Grand Jury decision regarding the police killing of Breonna Taylor and the resulting rioting; Costco pulling a product from their shelves because of a Facebook post by the owner of the product calling BLM and Antifa terrorist organizations. They also talk about several products that some minority groups have demanded be removed from store shelves. Of course there were some lighthearted moments early on in the show - at least I think there was.
Thanks to Pertwee for calling in early and chitchatting with me until Eric could join the show. It was fun talking to someone that was familiar with Possum Kingdom in Texas. And many thanks to Eric for filling in for Dennis once again. I appreciate your contributions to tonight's show. It's always a pleasure to work with you. On this Episode - Dennis Lee is "A.W.R." so Eric Kirk is filling in and helping Donald Wayne keep the ball rolling. Donald Wayne and Eric talk about the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the possibility of Donald Trump and the Republicans replacing her before the end of the year. They also talk about names being considered for Cabinet positions if Joe Biden wins the presidential election in November. They also discuss wildfires in Southern California and surrounding areas.

On this Friday night Episode, Donald Wayne and Dennis Lee keep it light, well mostly light. Since we are just a couple of days away from the start of Fall, the guys talk about "Fall Stuff" - you know - Halloween coming up, Fall Festivals and other subjects relating to Fall. The only serious subjects were about the passing of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the idiotic remarks still coming out of people's mouths in Portland Oregon about the death of a reported Trump supporter. Towards the end of the show, Donald Wayne threw a few fall trivia questions out for Dennis Lee and Eric.

Donald Wayne and Dennis Lee - Close out "Hump Day" talking about the upcoming Presidential Debate, the ABC Town Hall with President Trump - anchored by George Stephanopoulous, President Trump and CDC Director Dr. Redfield not in sync with vaccination timelines.
Dennis Lee shares a list of some towns that have odd and sometimes suggestive names. Of course Donald Wayne has a list of National Calendar Day celebrations. And for some reason we started playing some audio clips of Joe Biden's - well for lack of a better description - weird moments. Sometimes we just "drift" into uncharted waters.

One this Episode, Dennis Lee talks about the winners and losers of the season openers for the NFL. Of course Donald Wayne was happy to hear that only one player for the Dallas Cowboys took a knee during the National Anthem. The rest of the show was pretty much a "potpourri" of topics and personal stories. Eric called in and participated in the show with us. Kind of a laid back Sunday night show for the most part. Near the end of the show, Donald Wayne played some short segments of songs and quizzed Dennis Lee about what movie they came from. Stash was "in the room" tonight and being the movie buff that he is, gave the answers before DL. All in all - a fun way to kick off a new week. Thanks to all of you that joined us for the show. The guys also talk about why some women support Donald Trump and plan to vote for him in November. You think things have been heated up to now.....just wait. Of course there were some lighthearted moments - as you have come to expect.
