#299 Trice Talk's Greymoon Rising: Donald Trump on Gutfeld

Tonight's episode of Trice Talk Mini Pod was not planned.  In fact, it wasn't until I watched tonight's episode of the Gutfeld Show on Fox that I was inspired to comment on what I saw.  
I share a few of the responses Donald Trump gave to questions posed to him by Greg Gutfeld and his co-hosts Tyrus, Kat Tempf and Emily Compagno.  Trump actually shared a couple of stories that I felt flew in the face of all those people that demonize him.
Unfortunately I was unable to use a clip of the show, but you should be able to find clips on Fox.com or at the very least "Youtube."

This being the first podcast I have posted in over a year, I wanted to do a show to address the hateful political rhetoric that is driving a huge wedge between Liberals and Conservatives in our country this election cycle.
There has always been a stark contrast between Liberal and Conservative ideology.  But, the emergence of Donald Trump as a Presidential Candidate 9 years ago has caused the left to become unhinged. 
I address the differences in how people deal with political differences today as compared to the 1960's when people disagreed but still were respectful of each others right to have their opinions.

Trice Talk Tuesday - March 28th, 2023 - Tonight I am going to talk about:
Using a clip from Twitter posted by @Edwin07011 - where several people were questioned about their view of Socialism, I present some of the generally accepted facts about Socialism.  One respondent made the statement "If you have enough, why not give to people who don't have it?"  She also made the statement that she felt like Capitalism was evil.
"Whoopie Goldberg Goes off on Language Rules on The View.  Whoopie complains that "You can say this, but you can't say that."  Whoopie wants some slack because of age and the fact that standards of acceptability have changed over the years.  Too bad she's not willing to extend that courtesy to those with political and social views that differ from her own.

Episode 291 - ”They Really Stirred A Hornets Nest Today In D.C.”

On this Thursday night show I talk about:
Being Twitter Thursday - I share some selected tweets.  Some funny.  Some not so funny.
This story wasn't on the original agenda, but if you have watched any of "The Last of Us" episodes on Netflix, you might want to hear this  story about "Valley Fever."
It's official.  Ilhan Omar has been removed from the House Foreign Affairs Committee.  Not all Republican House members voted for her removal, but it was enough to send her packing.  I talk about the meltdown the Democrats suffered from this highly anticipated action by McCarthy and the Republicans.
Ok.  I know I talk a lot about Illegal Immigration.  But when you have several million people in the last two years illegally come into our country, I'm going to keep talking about it from time to time.  Tonight I focus mainly on the illegals that have been house in hotels in NYC since December, who are now protesting and making demands on those who have been feeding and housing them for over two months.  Demands, I said.  WTH.

Episode #290 - Maxine Waters - Here She Goes Again

One this Episode of Trice Talk, I talk about:
How much the tickets cost for Super Bowl 57 which will feature the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs.  Even though Dallas is not in it again, I may actually watch the Super Bowl this year.  And believe it or not, I'm pulling for the Eagles.  Just don't tell Dennis Lee.
The United States Postal Service and what a fine example of a well oil machine it is.  Yeah right.
Joe Biden is bragging about pushing Americans towards buying electric vehicles by offering a bribe.  The problem is, his bribe won't cover the cost of the $85,000 Hummer he is pictured driving in his tweet.  Well, there are actually more problems than that, as you will hear if you listen to this podcast.
Maxine Waters never disappoints us when she gets to "screech" her hate remarks about Republicans in a public forum.  She says everything except call for a one party system in our country.  But like most Democrat leaders and their mainstream media, hateful remarks are only tolerated when they are directed at Republicans, Conservatives, MAGA folks.

Episode #289 - Happy Birthday Dennis Lee & Other Important Stuff

Tonight I first want to wish my son and former co-host Dennis Lee, a Happy Birthday.  I won't make fun of his age because of obvious reasons, that I should not have to explain.
Some other subjects I address tonight:
3.6 million dollars out of the Omnibus bill is going to the Michelle Obama Trail Extension right here in Atlanta, Georgia.  Was that expense necessary to keep the federal government from having to shut down?
So far Kevin McCarthy is doing what he told Republicans he would do.  But some people think that is a bad thing.
Young woman posted a TikTok video complaining about not wanting to work for 40 years and then realize she had done nothing.  What????  Is this a result of the new work ethic coming out of COVID-19 shutdowns?  Mike Rowe has an opinion about that.
Janitor at Houston Texas office building goes on a sharing spree that results in some women the building contracting herpes.  WARNING - This story probably isn't appropriate for anyone younger than High School age.  Unless your using Democrat standards.

Tonight Donald Wayne talks about:
Kevin McCarthy's "On The Fly" press conference at the Capital today.  McCarthy actually sounded pretty good in his responses to reporters questions.  He might turn out better than some expected.  
Representative Hank Johnson of Georgia floats the possibility that some of the documents may have been planted (to frame Biden?)  Wouldn't that take Secret Service being in on the "plant?"
NYC Hotel housing hundreds of illegal migrants, experiencing some issues with them refusing to eat the free food provided to them.  And according to a hotel staffer who sounded the alarm on some disturbing issues, they are doing illegal stuff and trashing the hotel.  This story includes some audio of the stagger telling his story to Fox & Friends First's"  hosts.

Episode #287 - Bumped by Georgia and TCU

Tonight was going to be the first live show of the new season.  However, since Georgia and TCU were playing each other for the College National Football Title, the live show is moved to Thursday.  
During this abbreviated show  Donald Wayne talks a little about tonight's football game (or non-game if you want to be honest), as well as the passing of Lynette Hardaway who is Diamond of Diamond and Silk.  And a few minutes is given to talk about the new Republican Speaker of the House - Kevin McCarthy who had promised to remove Ilan Omar from the House Foreign Affairs Committee.  And as expected she is not happy.  
Tonight's show is only about 37 minutes long.
