Trice Talk is in it’s 3rd Season on Podbean and is hosted by Donald Wayne, a conservative voice with an open mind. Our goal at Trice Talk is not to tell you what you should think or do. Instead, we share information, and of course opinions, then leave the rest up to you. While a lot of our Episodes are dominated by political and social issues, we try to break away from all the serious stuff at least once a week, to just have fun. Once Trice Talk begins its regular schedule, there will be a mixture of live and pre-recorded Episodes. Also, plans are in the works to do live video broadcast as well. How many times have you heard that same group of people say that the Democrat party is the party of "working class" America and of course all minorities as well. I've always wondered how liberals got away with that proclamation since so many rich "famous" people openly support liberal laws and policies.
Tonight's topic is from Mike Huckabee's Newsletter - NOT YOUR FATHER'S DEMOCRAT/REPUBLICAN PARTIES - where after making a few comments of his own, he references an article in the Western Journal - DEMOCRATS' WORKING MAN'S PARTY' IMAGE SHATTERED AS IRS DATA REVEALS THE UNDENIALBLE TRUTH. It's Trice Talk Titillating Tuesday with Donald Wayne and Dennis Lee. After trying a "Non-Public" show on Sunday night, we are back "live" even though we are still in a "Remodeling Phase". After 10 months we decided it was time to revamp the show - pull out a few things - add a few things, in an effort to provide a show more in line with our vision for the show. In the next several weeks we will be trying some new things out on the show. The things that work we'll keep. The things that don't - we won't. But hopefully by the time we hit our 1 year Anniversary in July, we will have the show "tweaked".
Part of the immediate changes involve removing This Day in History and National Calendar Day Segments from the show. Also while Eric Kirk will no longer be a regular part of Trice Talk, we do look forward to him dropping in to chat when he is able. Eric has been such a great friend to the show for the last 10 months, not only with his extensive knowledge on a variety of political and social issues, but he's a heck of a Trivia expert as well. I personally appreciate the fact that anytime we needed him to fill in for Dennis Lee, he was always willing to do so. Of course Eric is involved with so many great Podcast like: The Slightly Serious Show, The Old Man Podcast, The Jon DiVito Show, Cummings is Culture and many others. It goes without saying he will continue to be an integral part of the "Podbean Family".

It's the Monday night edition of Trice Talk "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne. Tonight's article is from Mike Huckabee's Newsletter - contributing writer Pat Reeder who writes about the decline of the Oscars Award Show. At the time he wrote his article the official numbers were not in. But they are now and they were low. In fact the lowest on record. Fewer people watched the Academy Awards on Sunday night than at any time in the modern era, according to early numbers from Nielsen. The audience dropped 58 percent from a record-low in 2020 to land at 9.9 million viewers. In 2010 the show attracted 42 million viewers. Pat Reeder's article provides a few reasons why the Oscars are on a "freefall" to oblivion.

"They (parents) see the doctrine as a culprit in creating a toxic environment and exacerbating problems it claims to ameliorate (make something bad or unsatisfactory better). School officials have been responding with denials or silence."
CRT's entry into schools went largely unnoticed by parents due to its being dressed up as "equity," "anti-racist," or "culturally responsive" initiatives. It has spawned an industry of speakeers, trainers, and consultants who get paid to diagnose an organization as "systemically racist," prescribe CRT-based initiatives as the remedy, and then to help implement it over the years to come.
