Episode - 165 - "Back To Some Modicum of Seriousness"

It's Trice Talk Sunday Night (Live Of Course) w/Donald Wayne and Dennis Lee - and yes - obviously we survived our Friday Night Debut on Facebook.  While it certainly didn't turn out as expected it was a lot of fun for us.  It was the first time that Dennis Lee, James Marshall (not his real name) and myself were in the studio together doing a Trice Talk Episode since 2016.  In fact the three of us created Trice Talk in 2015 just before Christmas that year.  James Marshall was the technical expert, engineer, editor, music guy and game MC.  So for us to be working on an episode together again was a treat for us.  And it was also the first time that Dennis Lee and I have been able to be in the same room doing Trice Talk since our "reboot" last year.  If you haven't seen the Facebook episode - and your in the mood for some laughs....you might want to check it out.  And if you do - let us know what you think at our email address which you will find below.                                                  Tonight's topics included the following:

Episode - 161 - "Mini-Pod" - "Some People Fantasize Seeing Trump Go To Prison"

Trice Talk "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne - Tonight's article is from Mike Huckabee Morning Edition Newsletter for May 17th.  In it he writes about Manhattan DA, Cy Vance, investigating Trump's chief financial officer Allen Weisselberg, who received funds for private school tuition from 2012 - 2019 for his grandchildren from the Trump Organization and allegedly did not report this (or his son and/or ex-daughter-in-law did not) on tax forms.  So at this time the investigation is not about Trump or anything he might have done wrong.  It's all about Weisselberg, with the hope that if they can get enough on him to pressure him to "flip" on Trump, they will have "grabbed the 'brass ring.'"
The article also talks about MSNBC's Nicole Wallace and Bloomberg senior opinion columnist Tim O'Brien , talk with their networks "legal analyst Andrew Weissmann (remember that name?), they fantasize over the possibility over convicting Trump on anything that would keep him from being able to run for President again. Saturday Night "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne - is a short one tonight about a "glimmer of hope" based on a law suit that has been filed in Georgia regarding the Senate Runoff elections held in January.  The first part of tonight's story is from Mike Huckabee's Morning Edition Newsletter titled "Georgia Election Case.  He then links to a source story in PJ Media by Bryan Preston titled "Could This Obscure Legal Case Change Control of the Senate?
Michael Daugherty filed suit against the Georgia Elections Board in January stating that the the election machines in Georgia used in the runoffs did not meet the required statutory standards.  If the court agrees with Daugherty, the election should be invalidated.  Listen to this short episode to hear the rest.
