"Shoplifters Hit Los Angeles Area TJ Maxx, Casually Leave Store Carrying Heap of Stolen Goods."  This story is from FoxNews.com by Emma Colton.  Because of California's relaxed prosecution of shoplifting crimes, thieves now casually round up as much merchandise as they can carry and stroll out the front door to their vehicles.  Liberals really aren't making a lot of "noise" about the rise in this particular crime wave.  Maybe they will when they start closing stores that matter to them.  We should have seen this coming after last summers events.  "Buckle Up" people.  This ride is just getting started.

Jeff Bezos, Mark Bezos, Mary Wallace Funk (who is 82 years old by the way) and Dutch teenager Oliver Daemen all made it space and back safely to Van Horn County, Texas today.  And then Bezos, used the press coverage as an opportunity to give a $100 million dollar check to CNN contributor Van Jones and chef Jose Andres, that they in turn could give to charities of their choice.  And - Oh Yeah.  Jeff "thanks" all of his employees and Amazon customers for paying for this little excursion.....and I guess the checks he gave away as well.

College Offers '#AbolishThePolice' Course, Claims America Has the World's 'Highest Rate' of Police Misconduct - from the RedState.com by Alex Parker.   This is a course that is being offered by Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina.  The instructor - Claudia Garcia-Rojas states "While current mainstream conversations ask how can we reform the police to lessen harm against marginalized communities, I suggest we begin elsewhere.  To understand the root causes of policing, I propose we begin with a deceptively simple question:  What is policing?"                                              Of course I weigh in with some counterpoints and a little history lesson for Ms. Garcia-Rojas.

Trice Talk Thursday Night w/Donald Wayne.  Dennis Lee is out tonight "with cause" so I limited myself to two topics.  They are:
An article found in Fox Sports - titled : NFL 2021 Season Will Include Black National Anthem, Social Justice Messages Again - by Ryan Gaydos.  Of course if you have been following Trice Talk for any length of time - you know this subject doesn't work well for me.  If you listen to this podcast you will find out why.  I am even turning my back on my beloved Dallas Cowboys as a result of this further politicization of what used to be a unifying sport (that is unless you sat next to someone supporting the other team).
 
From a site called Capital Research Center - America's Investigative Think Tank - an article titled - Can "Woke" Boardroom Culture Be Broken" - by Sarah Lee (not the snack cake lady) talks about the Chinese intrusion into many facets of American business and sports organizations.  But they are doing it with the blessings of those upon which they intrude.  Is there going to be a price to pay for this?

Episode - 210 - "N.Y. Lawmakers Trying To Ban Chick-fil-A From Rest Stops"

Trice Talk Wednesday Night "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne.  As Dennis Lee and I explained last night (Episode 209) we are shelving the "Wacky Wednesday" show for now until we are ready to resume "live" podcast. So I will be adding a "Mini-Pod" for Wednesday nights for the foreseeable future.  Tonight's topic is:
"New York Lawmakers Want to Ban Chick-fil_A from Rest Stops Over it's LGBTQ Stance" from an article in The New York Post by Lisa Fickenscher.  Liberal lawmakers are at it again in New York State upset that Chick-fil-A was able to win a bid to be included in the States Highway Rest Stop Rejuvenation Program.  This is kind of along the same argument that the mayor of New York city had a couple of years ago when he tried to block the restaurant chain from opening a location inside the city.  Chick-fil-A won that fight and opened up one of the largest of it's stores in the world.  It is a testament to the truth that one's religious beliefs shouldn't interfere with their dealings with the public/it's customers.  The success of the Chick-fil-A in New York City should prove that point.
I also mentioned at the end of the show a link that one of our loyal followers bp49 sent to us by email - that contains a number of videos that you might find very interesting.  One of the videos - The Lamb Family - is about a group of Doctors that went to Washington D.C. last year - (summer??) and had a press conference on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial (I think).  They talked about some of the misinformation that was being forced on the public about available early treatments for Covid 19 patients.  For me, it kind of reinforced some of the my perception that I had about all of that last year.  I recommend that you watch it and draw your own conclusion.
There is another video which shows some clips from Vaxxed - a movie that came out - maybe two years ago which talks about some of the serious issues with vaccinations and children.  You can go to vaxxedthemovie.com   or vaxxed.com and should be able to check it out.  Or you can go to https://vaccines.daystar.com/ and have all of the various film clips at your fingertips.

Trice Talk Tuesday Night w/Donald Wayne and Dennis Lee.  Well - Dennis Lee is finally back behind his microphone - but - as you probably know by now - we have temporarily stopped doing "live" shows.  So if you are reading this - then hopefully you will down load/listen to this Episode.  We are also putting "Wacky Wednesday" on the shelf for now, but will most likely post an episode of "Mini-Pod" in it's place.  Never fear - we have plans to do some live podcast in the near future - possibly on Facebook.  It is our goal to continue tweaking Trice Talk in an effort to provide you with an informative, thought provoking, as well as an entertaining show.

The FBI is now actively seeking help from American citizens to report suspicious behaviors in an effort to prevent what happened in D.C. on January 6th.  This is from an article on Newsmax.com by Theodore Bunker.  Oh yeah - they have sites that remind everyone that "people subscribing to some kind of white supremacist-type ideology is certainly the biggest threat" to our country.
 
Democrats in the Texas State Legislature Escape the State on Monday to Avoid Giving the Republicans a Quorum to Pass New Voting Laws.  This story was posted on USNEWS.COM by Paul J. Weber and Will Weissert of the Associated Press.
