Episode #304 - of Trice Talk Mini Pod with Donald Wayne talks about surviving Thanksgiving, This Day In History, and a couple of political subjects that have been in the news this week.
First I talk about surviving the Thanksgiving feast this year, and what I have to look forward to in dealing with Christmas temptations.
"This Day in History" - I talk about the anniversary of the 21st Amendment and the end of the national prohibition of alcohol in America. I learned something from this episode that I had never heard before. Mississippi continued the prohibition of alcohol until 1966.
I spend a few minutes talking about Joe Biden's pardoning his son Hunter Biden last Sunday. My take might surprise you.
The last issue I talk about is Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy going to Capitol Hill today to talk about their plans to cut 2 Trillion dollars from the Federal Budget. One of the issues they want to address early on is the number of federal workers that work from home that shouldn't be working from home.
