• Government administration of Federal Elections
• Mandates No Fault Absentee Ballots
• Bans State Voter ID Laws
• Allows 16 year olds to vote
• Legalizes nationwide mailin voting without a photo ID
• Promotes Ballot Harvesting
• Requires colleges and universities to hire "campus vote coordinators"
• Requires to accept voter ballots 10 days after the election (could be increased by state)
• Allows curbside voting
• Pushes for DC to become a state
