This Episode of Mini-Pod w/Donald Wayne is about more victims of cancel culture. They've been attacking children's books and now they are working on classic children/family movies - Peter Pan, Dumbo, Swiss Family Robinson and the Aristocats. Dumbo came out in 1941 and they are judging it's content by todays "awokeness". The only good news is that Disney is not removing the movies out of the reach of adults, just kids younger than 7. Of course if you do decide to watch one of these movies you will have to watch a disclaimer that warns you about the "negative depictions and mistreatment of people or cultures "that you are about to see. I never realized what a negative impact watching Swiss Family Robinson had on me 60 years ago.
WARNING - THIS EPISODE CONTAINS A CLIP OF A BILL MAHER COMMENTARY AND AT THE END HE IS MAKING FUN OF AMERICA AND ITS ATTENTION TO "SILLY STUFF" INSTEAD OF TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS. HE DOES USE THE F/BOMB IN THE FIRST SENTENCE. SO IF YOU ARE OFFENDED BY THAT WORD - YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO LISTEN TO THE AUDIO OF BILL MAHER. It's a rare thing that you will hear comments by Bill Maher on Trice Talk. But his comments help accent the absurdity of this Cancel Culture movement we are having to deal with today.
Please join us tomorrow night for Trice Talk "live" where we will continue the conversation about absurdities going on in our country today.
